Looks like they've moved that fucking rat out of DC and to somewhere with snow. Those damn protests are the most annoying things in the world. They just pick a building, accuse the management of underpaying or being anti-union or whatever, and have a bunch of unemployed folks walk in circles around those damned rats, banging buckets all day and chanting nonsense slogans.

That sign actually says Diplomat Parking only, I work near the UN and various Embassies. The sign under it displays what kind of diplomat parking tags are allowed.
